Based in Hutton near Preston we are a long established family owned company offering a range of services from daily hire to long term hire.
Van Hire
Here at Preston van hire we offer a vast range of vehicles all at very competitive prices. Vauxhall Movano's and Mercedes Sprinter's make up the majority of our fleet with 3.5t Luton Box vans and 3.5t Ford Transit Tippers. All our vehicles are fully serviced and maintained by our own mechanics.

Daily van hire
A standard daily van hire package typically covers a 24-hour rental period and is designed to provide everything you need to get on the road safely and legally.
Long term van hire
Long-term van hire (often called flexible leasing or contract hire) is designed for businesses or individuals who need a vehicle for 28 days or more without the long-term commitment of a 3 year lease or higher cost of daily rental.
Wagon hire
We also operate a fleet of wagons ranging from 7.5t box wagons with tail lifts to 7.5t flat bed trucks, on both daily hire and long term deals.

1. Rental Period
• Collection Date & Time: (e.g., Monday 10th, 08:00 AM)
• Return Date & Time: (e.g., Tuesday 11th, 08:00 AM)
2. Vehicle Requirements
• Van Size: (e.g., Small/Caddy, Medium/SWB, Large/LWB, or Luton with Tail Lift).
• Purpose of Hire: (e.g., DIY/House move, commercial delivery, or long-distance travel).
• Estimated Mileage: Total miles expected for the duration (to ensure it fits within the mileage allowance).
3. Driver Information (For Insurance)
• Age of Driver: (must be between 25 and 75).
• Licence Duration: How many years have they held a full UK/EU manual licence?
• Driving Record: Any penalty points (SP30, etc.) or bans in the last 5 years?
• Claims History: Any accidents or insurance claims (fault or non-fault) in the last 3–5 years?
4. Coverage Options
• Standard Insurance: Includes the standard excess (excess £1,000).
• Excess Reduction: Does the customer want to pay a daily fee to reduce the excess to £250?
• Additional Drivers: Will anyone else be driving the vehicle?
5. Customer Status
• Account Type: Is this a one-off Retail/Private hire or a Business/Corporate account?
• VAT Status: Do they require a VAT-itemized quote for business reclamation?
